The excitement of the opening day of the MXGP of Australia continues after the on-track State Challenge action with a free public festival at the Darwin Waterfront.
This is your chance to connect with the world’s best male and female motocross riders, soak up a festival atmosphere, and get hyped for the rest of the race weekend. It’s an unforgettable evening for fans of all ages.

Location: Darwin Waterfront Precinct
This is a free, non-ticketed event open to everyone. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early to make the most of the evening.
What to expect
MEET THE STARS
The official signing session commences at 5:30 PM. This is your chance to get up close with the world’s best motocross riders from the premier MXGP and WMX classes. You can even get your new event merchandise signed and snag a selfie with one of your heroes.
FAMILY FUN
Come and enjoy free face painting for the kids, plus balloon twisting, roving magician, mini circus workshops, lawn games and golf putting.
OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE
The official MXGP of Australia event merchandise stall will be on-site, giving you the first chance to purchase your gear for the big race weekend.
