The WMX highlights the exceptional talents and expertise of the world’s top female riders.
The 2025 WMX championship kicked off on the 5th of April in Sardegna and will run over 6 rounds, culminating in Darwin on the 21st of September after 24 weeks in 6 different countries.
Lotte Van Drunen currently leads the 2025 WMX Motocross World Championship with 218 points, 16 points ahead of Kiara Fontanesi.
Only 50 points are available from the last remaining WMX round.
WMX is the official women’s senior national motocross competition class, open to riders aged sixteen and over. Competitors race in an open class structure on 122cc to 150cc two-stroke or 250cc four-stroke motorcycles.
